October Volunteer of the Month, Maria Turner

For the past four years, Maria has shown incredible dedication as a mentor in our Call Center, selflessly giving her time twice a week to support and uplift those in need.

Her passion for learning and impressive tech skills have truly made a difference. When we introduced our client management system, Cool Focus, Maria quickly became our go-to expert, constantly exploring new features and enhancing our processes. Not only does she participate in monthly Cool Focus calls with Love INC National, but she also represents us at Brevard County Students In Transition meetings, working alongside our Client Service Coordinator, Maureen, to advocate for those facing tough times.

Maria was also the first to master Ring Central, our remote call system and now lending her expertise to help launch our new online intake application. Her can-do attitude and infectious enthusiasm make Maria an absolute joy to work with, inspiring everyone around her. Thank you, Maria, for all you do!
